A quick exit on every page

One tap clears your answers and leaves the site. No account, no history kept.

Who this is for.

If an intimate image or video of you was shared without your consent, or someone is threatening to share one, you can start here. You do not need an account or proof.

  • You are 18 or older

You get a full plan, the platform reports, and a route to StopNCII so partner platforms block re-uploads.

  • You are under 18, or the image was taken when you were

You get a separate plan built around NCMEC's Take It Down, plus clear steps for sextortion. We will never ask you to save or send the image.

  • Someone is threatening to share something

Nothing has been posted yet. You get what to do and not do right now, how to report the account, and how to protect the images before they spread.

    Start the six questions

How fingerprinting protects you

StopNCII turns an image into a short code on your device. Partner platforms compare uploads against that code and block matches. The image itself never leaves your phone.

Step-by-step reporting for the places images spread.

Each guide has the exact steps, how long to expect, and what to do if they ignore you. Platforms that honour StopNCII hashes are marked in the full list.

Someone to talk to

Questions people ask first.

Is anything I type or choose uploaded?

No. Your answers stay in your browser for this visit and are cleared when you close the tab or press Quick exit. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no analytics. Links to other sites open in a new tab and follow their own privacy rules.

How is this different from StopNCII?

StopNCII makes a fingerprint of your images on your device so partner platforms can block them. It cannot remove what is already posted. This site covers that part: who to report to, how, and the letters to send. Your plan links you to StopNCII for the blocking step.

Is it free?

Yes. There is nothing to pay and no sign-up. Be wary of anyone who offers to remove images for a fee.

What if I am under 18?

Answer yes to the under-18 question and you get a plan built for you: Take It Down from NCMEC, steps for sextortion, and child helplines in your country. Never forward or save the image, even to get help. Show the account or give the link instead.

What if the platform ignores my report?

Every platform guide has a next step. Many countries also give you a regulator or a legal deadline, such as 48 hours in the US, 24 hours in India, or an eSafety removal notice in Australia. Your plan shows the ones for your country.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is practical guidance gathered from official sources and checked on the date shown beside each item. For advice about your case, speak to a lawyer or one of the helplines on the resources page.

Can someone else use this on my behalf?

You can sit with a friend and go through it together. StopNCII itself only accepts hashes from the person in the images, and some platforms need to hear from you directly. Australia's eSafety Commissioner does accept reports made for someone else.

It takes about five minutes to get your plan.
